About the Role:
The Sales Representative will manage and convert inbound leads received through social media, walk-in traffic, and other marketing channels. This person will initiate contact with potential customers, understand their needs, create custom quotes, and manage the entire sales process from initial outreach to final order entry and follow-up. This is a performance-focused role where success will be measured by your ability to close sales and build strong client relationships remotely.
Responsibilities:
Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email to qualify interest and convert to paying customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail clients.
Create accurate and tailored quotes to meet customer needs.
Enter orders into the companys sales and inventory system.
Track the sales process and follow up on pending leads.
Work closely with the local LA team to coordinate pick-up or delivery logistics.
Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to share insights and improve conversion strategies.
Maintain clear and organized records of all customer interactions.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship building.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with CRMs or order management systems.
High school diploma required.
College degree is strongly preferred.
If the candidate has a college degree, they must have at least 3 years of phone-based sales experience.
If the candidate does not have a college degree, a minimum of 5 years of phone-based sales experience is required.

Must be available for meetings or training sessions during the company´s operating hours.
Occasional meetings outside regular hours may be scheduled based on business needs.
