* Use CRM tools like *HubSpot* or *Go High Level* to manage lead pipelines, track communications, and follow up consistently
* Collaborate closely with the sales and operations team to ensure alignment and handoff of qualified opportunities
* Occasionally join intro calls to assist in warm lead transitions
* Conduct follow-ups after appointments to maintain relationships and support conversions
* Recommend improvements to outreach scripts, lead workflows, and automation processes
