Sales Operations & LinkedIn Outreach Coordinator

About the Role:

This is a full-time role supporting our sales organization directly. You will manage daily LinkedIn and email outreach across multiple profiles, maintain accurate CRM and reporting, and keep sales operations organized so leadership can focus on conversations and closing deals. This is a mission-critical role for workspark’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

LinkedIn Outreach Management
- Send ~40 connection requests per profile daily (4 profiles total, ~800 per week)
- Monitor for new messages across all profiles, flag priorities, and keep responses timely
- Send follow-up messages (2nd, 3rd, 4th) according to cadence and help refine messaging with the Sales Leader
- Like and comment on posts from target prospects to boost visibility

CRM & Data Accuracy
- Enter all new connections into the CRM and keep records consistently updated
- Maintain clean CRM data and ensure accurate tagging and reporting
- Provide clear visibility of outreach results, pipeline movement, and activity tracking

Email Outreach
- Mirror LinkedIn activity with coordinated email outreach
- Track email responses and ensure all conversations are captured in the CRM

Sales Reporting & Organization
- Track results of A/B testing (connection request types, message formats, text vs video outreach)
- Maintain spreadsheets to capture outreach performance
- Keep all sales information (documents, spreadsheets, reports) organized on
Google Drive
- Provide regular updates to leadership without needing micromanagement

What We’re Looking For:

- Flawless spoken and written English as communication is everything in this role
- Proven organizational skills and workflow prioritization
- Ability to work EST US business hours (non-negotiable)
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and Sales Navigator
- CRM experience (any platform is fine)
- Spreadsheet proficiency for tracking and reporting
- Proactive problem solver who anticipates the next step without being told
- Ability to craft messages using templates while maintaining a professional, human tone
- Experience supporting US companies in fast-paced environments

Compensation & Schedule:

- Full-time, EST US business hours
- Fully remote
- $1500 per month (paid via Wise)
- Long-term role with growth opportunities
