Represent Coffeecol at international coffee fairs (SCA, World of Coffee, ExpoEspeciales, etc.), building relationships with roasters, importers, and distributors. Manage and grow a portfolio of international clients (roasters, importers, coffee shop chains). Conduct prospecting and lead qualification, focusing on specialty buyers. Prepare and deliver commercial offers, price lists, and contracts (EXW/FOB). Support logistics coordination with the operations team (samples, shipments, export documentation). Provide market intelligence: report on global coffee trends, competitor movements, and opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment in storytelling and branding during presentations. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Requirements Based in Colombia (Bogotá, Medellín, or another major coffee hub). At least 2+ years in specialty coffee sales/export. Proven experience attending international coffee fairs (mandatory). Fluent in English (spoken and written). Other languages (Arabic, French, Portuguese) are a plus. Strong understanding of coffee pricing models (NY differentials, EXW, FOB, co-fermented premiums). Excellent negotiation, networking, and presentation skills. Passion for specialty coffee and sustainable trade.
