About Us
We are a company that provides Nearshoring services, which means your work will be exclusively dedicated to a foreign company through our organization.

Conditions
Permanent employment contract with all legal benefits (Contrato a término indefinido).

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekends off.

Colombian public holidays are worked and paid with the corresponding legal surcharge.

Salary paid in COP, with bi-weekly payments.

Remote work from home, with the option to go to the office at any time if preferred.

We provide you with the necessary equipment to work.

Description
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team for a logistics company based in the United States. The ideal candidate will have experience in prospecting potential clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling.

Responsibilities
Prospect potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and cold calls.

Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Identify sales opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.

Requirements
Proven experience as an SDR in sales.

Knowledge of U.S. domestic logistics (LTL, FTL, HH, Power Only, etc.).

Advanced English proficiency.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
