We are a fast-growing new product development and software company seeking a talented,
competitive, and positive-minded Inside Sales Representative to join our existing sales
team. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious
customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making
dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Responsibilities Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads, follow-up via phone
calls and emails and text messages. Understand customer needs and requirements Close
sales and achieve monthly quotas Maintain and expand your database of prospects to build
pipeline and close deals Requirements Proven inside sales experience (minimum 5 year
preferred) Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day Track
record of meeting and exceeding quotas Basic experience working with CRM software
(Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) Excellent verbal, written, and listening communications skills Ability
to prioritize and manage your time effectively. Availability Monday to Friday from 11 - 8 pm
