Job Description:
\tTo connect (retain) customers with sales agents from realtor without losing interest or rescheduling the call.
\tMake outgoing calls to new customers interested in Realtor.com services or inquiries customers can have and respond by providing superior service and resolution.
Provide a high level of professional and competent service assistance.
Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied.
Ability to work in a team atmosphere and work independently.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Empathetic and patient attitude towards customers.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at Bogotá, Barranquilla or Cali
