Your Mission:
You will spearhead new business opportunities and partnerships across target industries, geographies, and verticals. You’ll shape best practices for the sales team and be instrumental in establishing long-term relationships with clients, industry partners, and referral networks.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
 Prospect development: Craft and execute strategies to identify and qualify high- value B2B leads.
 Sales strategy: Develop and implement a data-driven sales approach to optimize conversion rates.
 Sales presentations: Deliver compelling, tailored presentations that
howcase Rubbiq’s unique BPO solutions.
 Client relationships: Build and nurture strong, lasting connections with potential and existing clients.

Partnership Development
 Strategic alliances: Identify and establish partnerships with complementary
service providers, industry influencers, and potential referral partners.
 Channel sales growth: Explore reseller, affiliate, and referral programs to expand Rubbiq’s reach.
 Collaborative initiatives: Work with internal teams to co-develop strategic
initiatives and co-branded opportunities.
 Market expansion: Leverage partnerships to break into new markets and
verticals. Market Intelligence & Best Practices
 Competitive research: Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to stay ahead of industry shifts.
 Process optimization: Identify and implement best practices for efficient lead generation and partnership development.

What You Bring to the Table
 Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or
partnership development, preferably within the BPO or outsourcing industry.
 Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment.
 Experience in developing strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
 Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and relationship management principles.
 C2-level proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and research capabilities.
 Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly entrepreneurial with a "can-do" attitude.
 Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
