Retail marketing specialist:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Retail Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of nationwide in-store marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that promotional initiatives are implemented effectively, on time, and aligned with brand goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Execution:
Plan, organize, and execute retail store marketing activities such as new product launches, holiday promotions, member days, and other brand-related events. Ensure timely and effective implementation across all stores.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Serve as a liaison between retail stores and headquarters, creating activity guidelines, store manuals, and ensuring proper tracking and feedback mechanisms.
Collaborative Project Management:
Collaborate with internal departments such as Design, Branding, and PR to develop and distribute marketing materials, and oversee visual merchandising execution in stores.
Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
Collect and analyze feedback and campaign data from stores. Provide post-campaign analysis reports and actionable recommendations for future improvements.
Support Sales Objectives:
Assist the retail sales team in executing quarterly key campaigns aimed at increasing foot traffic and conversion rates in stores.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, or related fields preferred.
Experience in offline marketing campaign management is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and deliver high-quality results.
Strong analytical thinking and execution capabilities.
Willingness to travel occasionally for short-term assignments.
English proficiency is required as a working language.
