We are a fast-growing U.S.-based company in the pet care industry, looking for energetic and driven Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. In this role, you will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, assisting pet owners with scheduling, updates, and reservations, while also driving sales through effective conversations.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls: assist customers, schedule reservations, resolve questions
Conduct outbound follow-ups and customer outreach
Deliver conversations that are empathetic, professional, and sales-oriented
Consistently hit call volume, booking, and quality targets
Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system
Requirements
Fluent English (C1 minimum; C2 or near-native strongly preferred)
Clear, natural spoken English with excellent pronunciation
At least 1 year of phone-based customer service or sales experience, preferably with U.S. clients
Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, performance-focused environment
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
Reliable high-speed internet, quiet workspace, and quality headset
Availability for 6–12 hour shifts between 10 AM and 10 PM EST, including some weekends
Preferred
Sales or telemarketing experience
Background in the pet care industry, or a strong personal interest in pets
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow with the team
