REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (EMAIL & CHAT)
Influx is seeking customer service representatives with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset to join our team in delivering outstanding customer support. This is a remote position with opportunities to grow and work with a diverse and international team.
Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities include:
Answering product inquiries and processing warranty claims through email and chat using platforms such as Gladly.
Identifying and addressing customers needs to ensure satisfaction.
Delivering accurate, complete resolutions by utilizing the right tools and methods.
Resolving customer issues efficiently and providing clear, actionable solutions on the first contact.
Proactively managing customer concerns and providing courteous follow-ups.
Communicating effectively with logistics partners to track shipments and address status inquiries.
Note: Being able to work at least some weekends (Saturday & Sunday) is a must.
Requirements
Fluency in English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum 6 months of previous customer service experience: This can include back-office or front-facing roles in customer support, retail, or hospitality.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience using basic tools like G-Suite, Google Docs, Gmail, Excel, and other MS Office applications.
A personal workspace that ensures a quiet environment for work.
Good equipment setup, including:
Laptop/PC with 8GB RAM and Intel Core i5 or equivalent.
Noise-canceling headset.
Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 35 Mbps).
Preferred Experience (not required but an advantage)
Prior experience with non-voice accounts, such as back-office, chat, or email support in the BPO industry.
Familiarity with platforms such as Gladly, Shopify, Netsuite, and supply chain management tools.
Proficiency in supply chain logistics and/or inventory management processes.
