As a sourcing specialist, you will play a crucial role in proactively finding and attracting talent through various channels.
Responsabilities: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates. Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach to build talent pipelines. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and refine sourcing strategies. Screen and qualify candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements. Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing.
