Shift days, hours and time zone:  Monday to friday 7 am - 4pm CST
English required: 8.0 to 9.0
Two years of experience in recruitment processes in the United States, preferably in home care or health care.
Job description:  The Recruiter actively sources talent into the organization. This position entails making outbound sourcing calls to recruit talent and work to source candidates in a variety of web-based talent portals, conducting phone interviews, scheduling, and assisting the Staffing Coordinator with facilitating the hiring process for candidates that are in the talent pipeline.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Makes outbound recruiting calls to effectively source, screen, and attract new caregiver talent into the organization.
Answers inbound referrals and inquiries regarding our employment opportunity and successfully converts inquiries into appointments/interviews.
Interviews, screens, and tests all applicants.
Participates in running recruiting events/job fairs.
Submitting applications.
Writing documentation.
Coordinating and conducting several interviews per day.
Managing background and reference checks.
Tracking hiring processes.
Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills: 
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment within the U.S., preferably in home care or health care sectors.
Proficient in the use of job boards (e.g., Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder) and ATS systems.
Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Advanced English proficiency both written and spoken.
