Position: Talent Services Account Manager(ATS)

Job description:
As the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, you will oversee the
implementation of recruitment processes and technical solutions, while proactively managing
long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills,
technical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for strategic clients, maintaining consistent
communication through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Deliver tailored product training and support, adapting to each clients unique needs.
Oversee recruitment operations including job setup, candidate screening, and content
creation for job postings.
Manage technical implementations of ATS and CRM platforms, providing tier-1 support and
troubleshooting.
Analyze client data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Support administrative functions such as billing, documentation, and scheduling.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing,
Human Resources, or related field preferred.
13 years of experience in customer service, account management, or technical
implementation. Experience in recruitment or ATS platforms is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage client expectations with
professionalism.
