The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assigning project duties to a variety of team members on multiple projects. This position will be responsible for ensuring that our development process stays on track from beginning to end and that the customer is updated along the way. Must be able to guide client assertively.
Responsibilities
Manages New Product Development Projects
Assigns tasks to various team members
Primary point of contact for our customers after the sale
Work with team members to ensure that all projects are met on time
Ensure all work is client-ready with an acute attention to detail
Anticipate client questions and provide thought out answers/solutions
Light data entry & office duties
Qualifications
Exceptional communication skills including verbal, written and active listening
Detail oriented and able to complete tasks with minimal oversight
Well organized
Basic understanding of how products and mobile apps work
Able to maintain and grow client relationships
Customer Friendly Attitude
Familiar with a CRM and Project Management software a plus
Sales experience a plus
