We are looking for a Bilingual Professional to join our Inland Freight team.
Previous experience in Inland Freight is not required, but a B2–C1 English level is indispensable.
Job Conditions:
Salary: COP 2,900,000
Contract type: Permanent contract.
Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7 AM–5 PM; Friday, 7 AM–4 PM.
Location: Manila, El Poblado

Key Responsibilities:
Load optimization: Determine the best way to pack and distribute goods to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
Rate negotiation: Negotiate competitive rates with carriers to ensure favorable shipping costs.
Vendor relationship management: Maintain strong and effective relationships with carriers and providers to guarantee service quality and availability.
Shipment tracking and compliance: Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery in optimal conditions.
Data analysis: Use historical data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement in the supply chain.
Problem-solving: Address issues such as delays, cargo damage claims, or billing disputes.
Regulatory compliance: Ensure all shipments meet regulatory and legal requirements (hazardous materials, customs documentation, etc.).
Route optimization: Identify the most efficient and cost-effective routes to minimize transit times and associated costs.
