California Injury Group, A.P.C. is a premier law firm in the heart of Beverly Hills, California. We provide aggressive, client-focused representation and are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Full-Cycle Personal Injury Case Manager to join our remote team from Colombia.
This is not just an administrative role; you will be the backbone of our pre-litigation files, driving cases forward and ensuring our clients receive the service they deserve. You will work directly with our U.S.-based attorney and paralegals and play a critical role in our success.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
A. Client Management & Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building trust and providing empathetic support.
Conduct check-in calls to provide case status updates.
Meticulously maintain and update all client information in our CRM software
B. Medical Coordination:
Request all necessary medical records and billing from healthcare providers.
Diligently track all outstanding requests to ensure timely receipt.
Coordinate and calendar client treatment plans and updates.
C. Demand Letter Preparation:
Draft demand letters with ai with accurate treatment summaries, medical bills, and supporting documents.
Compile and attach all necessary exhibits to create a compelling demand package.
Submit finalized demand packages to insurance adjusters upon attorney approval.
D. Pre-Settlement Operations:
Track and document all case damages in an organized spreadsheet.
Prepare concise case summaries for attorney review.
Verify all liens and balances prior to settlement negotiations.

You are a proactive, self-starting professional with a passion for helping people. You thrive in good environment, possess organizational skills, and have a keen eye for detail. You understand that the client experience is paramount and can communicate with empathy and professionalism, even when clients are unhappy or distressed.
IMPORTANT: Exceptional, fluent English proficiency (both written and verbal) is necessary for this role. All communications with our team and external U.S. parties will be in English, although your role will also include speaking with Spanish speaking clients.
