About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Oracle Fusion Consultant specialized in the Payroll module, with solid expertise in API development and system integration.
This role will be responsible for leading the technical setup, supporting integrations, and ensuring that payroll processes are accurately aligned with Colombian legislation and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical configuration and implementation of Oracle Fusion Payroll.
Design and develop API integrations (REST/SOAP) between Oracle Fusion and external platforms (ERP, HRIS, finance tools, etc.).
Ensure compliance with Colombian payroll laws and technical standards.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, data mappings, and integration diagrams.
Work closely with functional teams, HR, finance, and IT to ensure end-to-end process efficiency.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and system issues.
Support testing, validation, and continuous improvement of payroll integrations.
Essential Qualifications
3+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll, focused on technical development and API integration.
In-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), REST/SOAP APIs, and the Payroll engine.
Proven experience working with Colombian payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with third-party systems (ERP, HRIS, financial tools).
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Oracle Cloud technical certifications are highly valued.
Familiarity with OIC, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, or BI Publisher is a plus.
