Operations Manager – Remote Role Job Requirements
Core Responsibilities
• Manage and triage incoming leads from the call center and online inquiries; assign to local BDR team or escalate to owner as needed
• Head hunt referral partner opportunities to push BDRs work output
• Coordinate and publish the team schedule in collaboration with local Estate Sale and Move Managers
• Maintain oversight of project pipelines; ensure timelines, milestones, and client expectations are being met
• Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients (Teams, Zoom, phone, etc.) when needed
• Coordinate post-job client follow-up communication (email, phone) to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
• Assist in creating and managing operational processes and SOPs to improve efficiency and scalability
• Help manage vendor relationships (e.g., appraisers, liquidators, donation centers), including scheduling and coordination
• Input and update all contact, client, and job data in FranConnect or similar CRM platform
• Assist with weekly reporting and monthly performance summaries (revenue, costs, KPIs)
• Support owner in managing online job board postings and basic HR administrative tasks (scheduling interviews, onboarding checklists)
• Identify opportunities to promote CT services through community outreach or digital channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook groups)
• Be a self-starter with a 'solutions-first' approach and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Must speak fluent English and have an accent that doesn’t cause issues with communication on the phone
• 2+ years of experience in remote operations or project management
• Strong proficiency with CRM tools, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with FranConnect or similar franchise/CRM platforms preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple timelines
• Experience with recruiting tools and social media job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook Jobs)
• Comfortable supporting a business owner/executive with daily prioritization and task follow-up
• Knowledge of basic HR processes and remote onboarding
• Understanding of online project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) preferred
• Availability during EST business hours
