Operations & Communications Coordinator
Salary: $1,500 -$1,750 USD
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM EST (9 PM–6 AM PH)
About the Role:
At WorkSpark, we move fast. We are looking for an Operations and Communications Coordinator who acts like the air traffic controller across our LinkedIn outreach, inbound responses, CRM follow-ups, and internal coordination.
This is not a passive virtual assistant role. You will be embedded into our core operations, trusted to flag priorities, catch mistakes before they happen, and bring structure to a high-volume, high-urgency environment.

What You’ll Own:
- Monitor and manage inbound responses from email and LinkedIn across multiple accounts
- Route and assign messages in the CRM, ensure accurate tagging, follow-up, and status tracking
- Keep the CRM organized so you know where every lead stands and what action is next
- Coordinate and execute LinkedIn outreach, including sending connection requests, messaging, and light engagement
- Track message performance and proactively recommend improvements
- Create simple visual assets using Canva such as social posts, response snippets, and graphics
- Support light video work like basic edits, reels, and screen recordings
- Post and schedule social media content as needed
- Conduct research on companies, leads, message trends, and decision-makers
- Communicate actively with the team in Google Chat
- Respond quickly, own your mistakes, and help keep the team operating at full speed
Who You Are:
- Minimum five years of experience working full-time during U.S. business hours
- Flawless written and spoken English
- Proven experience supporting U.S.-based companies in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable working across platforms such as LinkedIn, Gmail, Canva, CRMs, and productivity tools
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong ownership of timing, formatting, and CRM cleanliness
- Able to think critically and recognize gaps, errors, or process inefficiencies
- Highly responsive and communicative in a team-based, fast-moving environment
- Reliable, accountable, coachable, and interested in a long-term role
Bonus if You Have:
- Experience with light video editing or creating content for social media
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or CRM platforms
- Previous roles in operations, executive support, or outbound coordination
