Position: Operations Analyst

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm (Friday until 4:00pm)
Contract Type: Full-time, fixed-term (3 months) with possibility of continuity

Salary: 2.5M - 2.8M COP
Position Overview
The Operations Analyst will oversee the end-to-end logistics, transportation, and order fulfillment process to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and cost optimization across the supply chain. This role is essential to guaranteeing that all orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on time, while maintaining high-quality service standards and compliance with client requirements.
Job Details
Process sales orders in the company system (NetSuite) according to available inventory and orders created by the Key Account Manager (KAM).
Coordinate the effective delivery of orders to customers, ensuring on-time and complete fulfillment.
Define and monitor quarterly Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) by zone.
Select and coordinate domestic transportation (LTL, FTL, Container).
Implement root cause analysis for delivery-related quality claims and ensure corrective actions.
Guarantee delivery conditions that meet each client’s specific requirements.
Verify that logistics provider surcharges are accurate and aligned with contracts or service orders.
Conduct evaluation and qualification of transportation service providers.
Plan and coordinate the unloading of containers, ensuring correct handling and timing.
Monitor and ensure compliance with the transportation budget.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, warehouse, and logistics) to maintain process alignment and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
Minimum 1 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with transportation coordination (LTL, FTL, Containers).
Solid knowledge of inventory and order management systems (preferably NetSuite).
English level: Minimum B2 (required).
Experience in root cause analysis and continuous improvement processes.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Location:
Colombia. This is a 100% remote position with virtual collaboration across teams.
Contract and Compensation:
Contract: Fixed-term for 3 months, with potential for extension based on performance.
