Media Operations Analyst
Location: Remote – Central Time (8 AM–5 PM CST)
Compensation: $1,650 USD/$6,500,000 COP
Role Overview:
We’re hiring someone to be the backbone of our campaign operations, not to buy media from day one. Your job: own campaign data, accuracy, pacing forecasts, vendor reconciliation, and process improvement. You’ll learn campaign logic over time; your value starts with analytical rigor, systems discipline, and ownership.
Responsibilities:
- Aggregate and clean campaign performance data from multiple sources (spreadsheets, ad dashboards)
- Build and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, scorecards
- Daily pacing review, identify variances, flag risks, suggest adjustments
- Reconcile vendor invoices, deliveries, identify discrepancies
- Create forecasts and variance analyses
- Document workflows, develop SOPs, QA checklists
- Collaborate with media operations and support teams
- Work overlapping U.S. hours; communicate clearly in English
Must-Have Skills & Traits:
- 2–5 years in data, analytics, operations, reporting, or campaign support
- Expert with Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, conditional logic)
- Meticulous attention to detail, you find what others miss
- Comfortable learning new systems and workflows
- Good communicator (written + spoken English)
- Ability to operate under U.S. work hours
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with media KPIs (CPM, CTR, CPA, pacing)
- Experience with reconciliations or vendor billing
- Exposure to BI tools or advertising dashboards
