We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team in the Logistics Software industry, where you will play a central role in accelerating customer acquisition and pipeline growth. This is a mid-level position designed for a hands-on marketer who thrives on experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
Digital Acquisition: Focus on digital acquisition through various channels of ICP prospects, trigger and nurture them into potential customers.
Rapid Experimentation: Systematically brainstorm, prioritize, and run A/B and multivariate tests across our channels (website, landing pages, ad copy, email campaigns) to continuously improve key metrics.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team and the Sales team to ensure a smooth MQL-to-SQL handoff and collaborate with Product and Content teams to align messaging and create high-converting assets.
Full-Funnel Optimization: Analyse and optimize the entire digital customer journey, from initial awareness and lead capture (MQL) to sales qualification (SQL), conversion, and customer retention.
Channel Management & Discovery:Manage, test, and scale paid and organic channels, including SEM (Google Ads), SEO, LinkedIn Ads, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing. You will also actively search for new, unconventional channels to reach our target audience.
Event lead: own and drive the various physical events, round tables and congresses that BlueRock participates in, link up with the digital nurturing and content ensuring awareness and lead generation at those events. Leading event analysis and planning towards upcoming events.
Qualifications:
Proven track record (3+ years) in growth marketing, demand generation, or data-driven digital marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
Experimental mindset is non-negotiable: you are curious, enjoy testing hypotheses, and see failure as an opportunity to learn.
Data-driven: strong analytical skills and proficiency with platforms such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Lemlist, or similar.
Hands-on expertise with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or comparable).
Skilled at combining data insights with in-person event strategies to actively engage customers and prospects.
Solid understanding of the marketing funnel and how to optimize performance at each stage.
