What Were Looking For
· Language Level: B2 80% conversational English
· Education and Work Experience Requirement: High school diploma (Bachiller)
· Availability: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Work Experience Requirement: Minimum 1 year of verifiable professional experience, distributed as follows:
At least 6 months in roles related to marketing, digital media sales, social media, account management, or similar fields.
An additional 6 months in any other administrative or professional area.
Skills & Qualities:
Strong skills in prospecting, outreach, and closing deals, particularly through cold contact methods
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of persuasion and negotiation abilities
KPI-driven mindset with strong results orientation
Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient in dynamic sales environments
Basic computer literacy and ability to manage multiple digital tools simultaneously
