Role Overview:
The Marketing Initiatives Manager is a dynamic, hands-on leader responsible for driving marketing project execution, lead generation performance, and brand voice consistency across all channels. This player-coach will guide a team while working closely with leadership to bring marketing strategies to life. You’ll blend creative thinking with operational execution, ensuring campaigns are cohesive, effective, and aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Execution & Project Management
Manage end-to-end marketing initiatives—from planning to launch—ensuring all projects hit deadlines, stay on budget, and deliver results
Oversee workflow systems and project timelines for marketing campaigns, creative deliverables, and cross-functional initiatives
Lead campaign kick-offs, reviews, and approvals to maintain consistency, accountability, and efficiency
2.Lead Generation & Performance Analytics
Develop and implement inbound marketing strategies across email, SEO, and content to drive high-quality leads
Create and manage performance dashboards (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.) to monitor lead acquisition, campaign attribution, and conversion
Use data insights to refine strategies and optimize ROI in real time
3.Brand & Content Alignment
Ensure all marketing content and messaging is consistent with brand voice and visual identity across platforms
Partner with content and design teams to align deliverables with campaign goals and business objectives
Act as a key point of review for campaign content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and tone consistency
4.Team Leadership & Collaboration
Coach and develop team members, fostering growth and accountability
Work closely with the CSO and department leads to align marketing strategy with broader company goals
Oversee external marketing vendors and agency relationships, ensuring alignment with internal campaigns
5.Event & Community Engagement (as needed)
Support execution of marketing events (e.g., conferences, webinars, activations), coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors
Use post-event data to evaluate performance and identify new opportunities for community engagement and lead nurturing
6.Success Metrics:
Campaign and project timeliness (on-time, on-budget delivery)
Lead generation growth (qualified leads, conversion rates)
Brand consistency and content approval turnaround
Team performance and alignment across departments
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or project management within a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Experience working cross-functionally with creative, operations, and sales teams.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) and experience interpreting data to drive decisions.
Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments and with diverse teams.
Positive, proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Comfortable presenting to stakeholders and leadership.
Nice to Have:
Experience in B2B and/or SaaS industries.
Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or other project management platforms.
Understanding of SEO/SEM strategies and performance marketing.
