Responsibilities:
Client Outreach: Regularly contact clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
Data Entry: Accurately input and manage client information in the CRM system.
Case Management: Oversee and manage client cases from initiation to resolution.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized records of all client interactions and case progress.
Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders via phone and email.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the case management process.
Reporting: Generate and review reports to track case progress and outcomes.
Tax Matter Understanding: While not necessary, an understanding of income/payroll tax would be helpful.
Skills and Qualifications - Hard and Soft Skills:
Phone Skills: Proficient in handling phone calls, including active listening and clear communication.
Data Entry: High accuracy and speed in entering data into the CRM system.
CRM Proficiency: Ability to use Litify or similar CRM systems effectively.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure all information is accurate and complete.
Reading Comprehension: Strong ability to understand and interpret written information.
Client Outreach Experience: Previous experience in reaching out to clients and managing client relationships.
High Level of English: Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Tax Knowledge: Basic understanding of income/payroll tax is beneficial.
