A leading company providing design and engineering support services for architectural mill-work and custom furniture shops, with operations in the United States, Canada, and the Bahamas, is seeking a Junior Draftsman & Estimator to join our growing team in Cali.

Academic Background:
•\tTechnical, Technologist, or Professional degree in Architecture or Design.

Minimum Experience Required:
•\tAdvanced proficiency in Auto CAD 2D.
•\tAbility to interpret architectural drawings and produce detailed shop drawings.
•\tCapacity to work independently while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
•\tPrevious experience or interest in architectural mill-work / custom furniture is a plus.

Main Responsibilities:
•\tProduce technical mill-work and furniture drawings based on client specifications.
•\tRead and interpret architectural drawings in English and imperial measurements.
•\tEnsure accuracy, detail, and consistency in all deliverables.
•\tComplete the training program and attend all scheduled sessions punctually.
•\tCollaborate actively with the technical team.
•\tDemonstrate a professional, responsible, and detail-oriented attitude.

Additional Requirements:
•\tStable and reliable internet connection.
•\tDuring the training period, candidates must have their own computer equipment in good working condition.
The company will provide the Auto CAD license and any other required software.
•\tWork Schedule:
o\tMonday & Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
o\tTuesday: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
o\tWednesday & Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
o\t(If Monday is a holiday, regular hours will apply from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)

English Level:
•\tB1 level (certified or in progress).
English proficiency will be required for career advancement within the company.
