We’re a growing healthcare company dedicated to helping health providers improve their practices through different ways, one of which is by leveraging data to drive better patient outcomes. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Junior Analyst to support our reporting and analytics functions. You'll work closely with our senior analyst and operational teams to create, maintain, and enhance custom reports that support decision-making across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Assist in designing, maintaining, and upgrading custom dashboards and reports.
Work with large datasets to extract insights and build performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions.
Help automate workflows and reporting processes using Power Platform tools.
Participate in ad hoc analysis projects as needed.
Must-Have Skills
Experience handling large datasets.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) [B2 English Level]
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (functions, pivot tables, charts).
Working knowledge of SQL for querying and joining data tables.
Familiarity with Power BI for creating interactive dashboards.
Basic understanding of Power Apps for internal tool creation.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Python for data analysis.
Experience with PyCharts for custom data visualizations.
Use of Jupyter Notebooks for data exploration and presentation.
Flexibility to work on ad hoc reporting and analytics requests.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
