Were looking for a Junior Collections Agent who is bilingual in English and Spanish to join a growing international team. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience in collections or customer service, ready to grow in a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Make inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish (approx. 120 calls/day)
Negotiate payment arrangements with empathy and professionalism
Document interactions using collections software
Follow compliance standards (FDCPA, TCPA) and internal quality policies
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in collections or customer service
Intermediate to advanced English (70% of calls are in English)
Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills
Must be available to work on-site and follow the established schedule
