Administrative Assistant
Salary Two million pesos
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors arriving at the offices, answering their questions and directing their requests to the appropriate staff.
•
Manage communications: Answer and screen telephone calls, forwarding them to the correct person or department, and manage emails and correspondence. Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring the office is fully stocked at all times.
•
Coordinate and book meeting rooms, ensuring availability and proper set-up.
•
Authorize and monitor access to the building, ensuring security protocols are followed.
•
Provide reception duties, greeting visitors and managing inquiries.
•
Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and organizing office documentation.
•
Organize events and meetings.
•
Manage the office supplies and Company assets.
•
Assist with various day-to-day office operations and support team members as needed.
Requirements:
•
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
•
At least 3 years of experience in an administrative assistant or receptionist role.
•
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•
Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
•
Professional and friendly demeanor.
•
Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, among others.
