We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented recruiter to join our growing Talent team — someone who enjoys the challenge of complex searches, working across global platforms, and building strong pipelines of amazing candidates.
You're our perfect candidate IF:
• You hold a degree or are freshly graduated in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• You are fluent in English (C1 spoken and written) – Portuguese is a plus.
• You have 0–1 year of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related area.
• You are comfortable using multiple recruitment platforms and tools.
• You have experience conducting prescreening interviews and maintaining updated talent pools.
• You are a multitasker, organized, and highly detail-oriented.
• You work well in team environments and communicate with clarity and empathy.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct complex candidate searches across different platforms and regions.
• Perform prescreening interviews to evaluate candidate fit and alignment.
• Build and maintain an organized talent pool aligned with the institution’s hiring needs.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring leaders to identify key profile requirements.
• Assist in organizing recruitment-related documentation and communications.
• Contribute to the ongoing optimization of recruitment processes.
