Profesional en Comercio Internacional, Negocios Internacionales o áreas afines con especialización o maestría en Comercio Exterior / Logística.
Conocimientos de normatividad aduanera, logística internacional, OTM internacional, DAV, liquidación y prorrateo de impuestos aduaneros y tributos.
Bilingüe B2, certificado.
Deseables conocimientos en RETILAB y RETIE.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate operational and documentary tasks among internal teams, suppliers, customs agents, forwarding companies, and clients to ensure compliance with import/export and nationalization processes.
Execute international purchasing under an intercompany model, adhering to global policies, internal trade agreements, and supply chain efficiency.
Control nationalization costs by developing precosting tools and final cost assessments to ensure transaction profitability.
Oversee import/export operations from start to delivery.
Handle import/export documentation: register, prepare, organize, categorize and archive documents, and ensure full reception of invoices from logistics providers.
Provide weekly reports including import process matrices, shipment tracking, and logistics coordination for management review.
Manage purchase orders (domestic and international).
Propose supply plans and design inventory control systems.
Support and participate in pre-inspection of goods in accordance with regulations.
Provide internal advisory and support to other departments on foreign trade issues.
