Main Responsibilities:
• Lead and comprehensively manage import-related projects.
• Coordinate and maintain effective communication between clients, the sales team, and the operations team.
• Analyze risks, propose strategic solutions, and ensure compliance with established deadlines and budgets.
• Provide specialized advice to clients on foreign exchange, logistics, and after-sales support.
• Provide timely support in commercial activities.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on project progress and results.
• Constantly optimize internal processes using technological tools and data analysis.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in project management, preferably related to foreign trade or imports.
• Advanced English (B2/C1), with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Intermediate-advanced Excel (analysis, quotations, costing).
• Advanced numerical and mathematical reasoning skills.
• Academic training in administrative or accounting areas.
• Systems thinking, creative problem-solving, and operational autonomy.
• Skills to work both in a team and independently.
