Important insurance company is looking for a Renewals Analyst to perform the following functions:
Renewal Tracking - Follow up on all upcoming renewals by requesting updated policies and certificates. Ensure receipt of all renewal information including premiums and any changes in coverage. Enter all updates into Riskonnect.
Certificate/Policy Review - Review all documents for accuracy. If anything is missing or there are errors, contact the broker to make changes or resolve questions.
- Assets not enrolled in the master program - Contact broker or asset manager to request current SOV (State of Values) and update profile in Riskonnect accordingly. Track any individual policies in force for the asset (e.g. NFIP, pollution, property, general liability).
- Construction Projects - Track all related certificates. Contact the asset manager or broker 30 days prior to expiration of Builder's Risk insurance to confirm the status of the project and when it will be added to operational insurance. Ensure that all coverages are being tracked and that certificates are updated and uploaded to Riskonnect.
Salary: 3'000.000 - 3'400.000
