A leading global medical device company is seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional to join its Colombia team.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
4+ years of experience in Human Resources.
At least 2 years leading key HR processes such as recruitment, learning & development, and/or employee relations.
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) is essential for communication with international stakeholders (especially in the U.S. and Europe).
Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).

The Human Resources Manager will lead, enhance, and execute People & Organization (P&O) processes from a strategic, operational, and human-centered perspective. This role is essential to fostering a positive work environment, strengthening the organizational culture, and positioning the company as an employer of choice for top talent.
The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor to the General Manager, with excellent relationship-building abilities, strong business acumen, and the capacity to navigate complex situations with discretion and political sensitivity.
