Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to manage key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee records, and compliance. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our people operations run smoothly and efficiently, fostering a positive workplace culture while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
•\tPost job openings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and communicate with applicants.
•\tManage onboarding processes, including new hire orientation and document preparation.
•\tEnsure all required contracts, agreements, and employee records are complete and up to date.
HR Administration & Compliance
•\tMaintain accurate employee files, including contracts, disciplinary actions, and acknowledgments.
•\tAssist in implementing and communicating company policies.
•\tSupport the disciplinary process in collaboration with the legal team, ensuring fairness and confidentiality.
•\tCoordinate internal communications, staff announcements, and company updates.
Payroll Coordination
•\tAssist with payroll preparation by updating employee data, tracking attendance, and recording vacation/leave.
•\tEnsure timely and accurate payroll processing and address any discrepancies promptly.
Employee Engagement & Support
•\tProvide guidance to employees on HR-related inquiries.
•\tSupport HR initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
Requirements
•\tBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
•\tPrevious experience in HR coordination or similar role.
•\tProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
•\tStrong organizational skills with attention to detail.
•\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
•\tHigh level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
SALARY: 3.000.000 – 3.500.000 COP Depends on experience
