Job Responsibilities:
Answering inbound calls from existing customers
Assisting customers with general inquiries, making payments, and questions regarding program limits and benefits, billing questions, claims, etc.
Handling customer concerns and escalating issues as needed, ensuring all efforts are made to retain existing customers
Working with finance and administration
Maintaining current knowledge of products and services offered
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
High-School diploma required
Bilingual abilities required (English B2+ or above is mandatory).
Office 365 experience preferred (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Etc.)
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions
Ability to provide excellent customer service in all situations including patience, de-escalation, positive demeanor
Ability to effectively multi-task
Experience in a call center

Position will have the option to be hybrid remote after 90 days of onsite training.
