Role Description
At ContactPoint 360, we are looking for a Financial Specialist to lead financial analysis, control, and reporting processes, providing strategic insights that drive profitability and business growth.
This role is key in evaluating financial performance, managing budgets, and analyzing profitability, always ensuring compliance with policies and excellence in financial management.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct financial performance evaluations and present detailed reports to management.
Manage budget control and variance analysis to ensure financial discipline.
Develop P&L, margin, profitability, and variance analyses.
Prepare and analyze cost reports, including SG&A expenses.
Generate financial indicators and key ratio reports.
Supervise payroll average cost reports and analysis.
Support pricing definitions and pricing strategy development.
Perform intercompany reconciliations and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields (postgraduate studies are a plus).
Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
Strong knowledge of P&L statements, cost structures, and margin analysis.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP or financial software is desirable.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to present financial data clearly.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
