Key Responsibilities
As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of client financial programs. Your responsibilities will include:
Processing client orders and allocating funds based on remittance instructions.
Troubleshooting file errors and guiding clients through successful re-uploads.
Reconciling client accounts and resolving discrepancies.
Reviewing client contracts to ensure accurate billing and fee application.
Managing finance-related tasks via internal ticketing systems.
Supporting month-end close activities: AR reconciliations, audits, revenue share payments, and bank verifications.
Responding to client inquiries and resolving escalations related to invoicing and order processing.
Setting up new client programs in the invoicing system.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in financial operations, order processing, or accounting roles.
Strong understanding of account reconciliation, invoicing, and contract interpretation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, Zendesk).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication in English.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
