Job Description
Talon Powersports is looking for a Customer Service Representative who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional service. You will support motorcycle dealerships of all brands, guiding them through our software and assisting with inventory-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via voice, chat, and email channels.
Focus on quality over quantity in customer interactions.
Guide clients through our software platformteaching, not doing.
Explain basic accounting concepts (e.g., debit, credit, account creation).
Support new employees by helping reduce their learning curve.
Collaborate with the team to meet goals and maintain effective communication.
Requirements
English level: C1 (Advanced)
Basic knowledge of accounting (experience in banking, finance, collections, or billing is a plus).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage inventory and customer service tasks efficiently.
Adaptability and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
Training & Schedule
Training: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Operations: 8:00 AM 7:00 PM, 5 days/week (2 days off, not necessarily consecutive)
