We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (English proficiency is a must) to join our support team and provide direct assistance to our users. This role is key to ensuring high levels of satisfaction through empathetic communication, timely responses, and accurate solutions.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional service to users throughout their support journey.
Handle inquiries via our phone system while maintaining high-quality standards.
Meet and exceed established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Identify issues or inefficiencies and escalate according to protocol.
Proactively follow up and ensure effective case resolution.
Contribute to the achievement of the team’s quarterly goals.
Requirements:

1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, phone support, or similar areas.
Ability to use technology systems and digital tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to identify user needs and provide effective solutions.
Positive attitude, empathy, and customer-oriented mindset.
Proactivity, adaptability, and willingness to take on new challenges.
English level above B2 (mandatory).
