We are seeking a results-driven Digital advertiser Seller with a strong background in Search Engine Marketing/Paid Search Marketing (SEM), including hands-on experience with platforms like Microsoft Advertising and Google Ads.
Experience:
* 3-5 years in digital media sales (Paid Media Sales), managing campaigns on platforms like Microsoft Advertising, Google Ads, Tik Tok, Meta or similar.
* At least 3 years in sales, account management, or client service roles, with a focus on media experience preferred.
* Proven track record in nurturing trusted relationships with client decision makers; possessing a high degree of entrepreneurial spirit, executive maturity, integrity and accountability.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders with differing priorities, projects and deadlines.
Skills:
Proficiency in SEM tool/PPC, and other digital marketing formats like native and display, with a working knowledge of online advertising principles. Plus, a passion in technology developments such as Generative AI.
* English level B2- Portugues C1
* Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven campaign optimization.
*Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to analyze data and create reports to support campaign optimization.
Preferred:
* Familiarity / knowledge with SEM tools and reporting platforms.
* Experience presenting to senior decision-makers and articulating the value of digital advertising strategies.
* A strong network within the advertising and digital marketing industry.

*Salary: $7.400.000 with bonus up to 15%
