Drafting company based in Medellín is seeking draftsmen/detailers for Millwork/carpentry to join our team. We are looking to strengthen our workforce in the city of Medellín and Cali. Our offer is valid until May 26, 2025.

Academic Background: Technician, Technologist, or Professional in architecture and/or design.
Experience:
•\tKnowledge and excellent use of AutoCAD in 2D.
•\tAbility to interpret architectural drawings to produce detailed and accurate shop drawings.
•\tCapability to work under minimal supervision.
•\tPunctuality and responsibility in meeting deadlines.
Position: Junior Draftsman
Roles and responsibilities:
•\tCreate millwork drawings according to our clients' specifications while elevating our internal standards of quality and professionalism to the next level.
•\tRead architectural plans and extract the necessary information to produce drawings used for millwork manufacturing.
•\tInterpret plans in English and in imperial measurements.
•\tAttend punctually and meet the training period requirements for optimal performance of duties.
•\tWork collaboratively in a team.
•\tBring excellent human qualities, as we believe they are important to excel at our company.
Requirements:
•\tWillingness to work 2 days in-person and 3 days remotely.
•\tA stable and reliable internet connection is required.
•\tDuring the training period, candidates must have suitable equipment for their training process. The company will provide the AutoCAD license and other necessary software to perform the duties.
English Level: Acquiring English proficiency with A1, A2, and B1 certifications will be requirements for advancement within the company.
Schedule:
Monday & Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Tuesday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
Wednesday & Thursday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm ( On Monday holidays, regular hours apply from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm)
