Key Responsabilities

\tSupport data integration from multiple sources, including cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
\tAssist in creating performance reports for logistics, supply chain, and operations teams.
\tWork closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
\tDocument findings, processes, and insights to ensure data-driven decision-making.
\tInstall and configure software, including Microsoft Office and other essential applications.
\tFormat and configure desktops and laptops for end users.
\tProvide support and follow-up on technical support tickets (hardware and software).
\tManage inventory of technological equipment and consumables.
\tDeliver end-user support both in person and remotely.
\tPerform basic preventive maintenance on equipment
Requirements
\tBachelors degree in administrative engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
\t6 months to 1 year of experience with data analysis (internships, academic projects, or professional).
\tProficiency with Power BI (reports, dashboards, data visualization).
\tBasic knowledge of SQL (queries and filters).
\tStrong skills in Excel for quick analysis and reporting.
\tExperience with Python (pandas, numpy) is a plus.
\tAbility to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
\tStrong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
