Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Analyst or Business Analyst to join our Team. In this fully remote role, you will leverage large datasets from Selling platforms to uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and drive strategic decisions that fuel the growth of our private label brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze extensive datasets from Selling platforms to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting for selling programs.
- Define, track, and optimize key business metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and business performance.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to inform strategic initiatives and decision-making.
- Continuously monitor processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, ideally within the Amazon Private Label or eCommerce sector.
- Proven experience in logistics, sales planning, forecasting, and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, and Google Sheets
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical audiences.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, multicultural environment.
