Role Description
We are looking for a Data Analyst with 1 to 2 years of experience in data management and analysis, who can help us transform information into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in databases, advanced Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI (or similar), along with an analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and structure large volumes of data from different sources.
- Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the automation of reports and analytical processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define metrics and reporting requirements.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of the data used.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or similar roles.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
- Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar).
- Proficiency in databases and basic/intermediate SQL queries.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable reports.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.

- Basic knowledge of data analysis languages (Python or R).
- Experience with ETL or Data Warehousing environments.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
