This role is responsible for providing best-in-class front-line assistance potential and existing customers located in USA, with a specific focus on the new business-to-business (B2B). This includes helping customers with general product and site logistical questions to handling inbound customer quote submissions and order processing. The Specialist works closely with the broader Customer Support team during the summer rush season serving as the central point of contact for all things related to orders, including supporting and working with other internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Accounting and Finance, Operations and Warehouse, and Technology.
