We are a multinational company searching for a Customer Support Associate that:

•\tProvides customer support for all business lines.
•\tPartners with customers to respond to or resolve all questions or problems.
•\tIdentifies and assesses the customer’s needs to achieve high satisfaction and retention.
•\tExamines problems and implements appropriate corrective action accurately and efficiently.
•\tProvides feedback to supervisors and business lines on call types, trends and suggestions for process or policy improvement to address common caller concerns.
•\tVerifies contacts and account information.
•\tConsistently provides accurate and complete information.
•\tCalmly attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
•\tAddresses and manages customer service issues utilizing independent judgment when additional action is warranted.
•\tEscalates questions or concerns for action as appropriate for immediate action.
•\tMaintains and creates logs, records, and files.
•\tInvestigates, analyzes, coordinates, and tracks complex customer issues and problems.
•\tMakes proactive calls to determine accounts requiring close attention, identifies problems and works through to resolution.
•\tMay need to process credit card payments accurately and securely.
•\tMeets or exceeds Resource Center Service Specialist key performance indicators.
•\tCompletes other administrative duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and administrative skills and must be fluent in written and spoken English.
