Hours: Monday through Friday, available from 9:00 AM 8:00 PM. 40 hours per week with 45-minute lunch break and weekends off.

Job description: We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) responsible for handling phone calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner. The role focuses on supporting customers with their online purchases, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently
Assist customers with online purchases, resolving questions and issues effectively
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear and detailed solutions
Collaborate closely with the team to maintain high service standards and meet goals
No chat support required, only phone and email communication

Requirements:
C1 level of English
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Previous experience in phone/email support
Flexibility to work varied schedules and adapt to changing situations
Proactive attitude and ability to solve problems independently
