Our client, a dynamic and customer-centric insurance agency, is looking for a highly motivated Bilingual Customer Service / Virtual Assistant / Administrative Assistant to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls in both English and Spanish.
Transfer incoming calls to the appropriate department.
Perform daily follow-ups on unpaid policies (contacting clients via email, text message, and phone call), for both personal and commercial policies.
Process payments for personal and commercial insurance policies.
Record detailed notes for every customer interaction in our CRM system.
Review daily reports from insurance carriers to identify clients with pending documentation or information related to their policies and follow up accordingly.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar administrative role.
Ideally 12 years of experience in customer service and/or insurance.
Bilingual: English (B2 or higher)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable using CRM systems, email platforms, and basic office software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
